Love to golf? The city also has an 18 hole championship golf course called Sycamore Ridge. Spanning over 18 holes it is sure to test your skills and your muscle. Sycamore Ridge has been named Kansas City's #1 public golf course for four straight years.

With only 1,700 students in the school district ones family is sure to get plenty of educational resources - from pre college planning, to sports and extra curricular activities.

The community education has consistently scored above the national average. Spring Hill students score above the national average on Iowa Test of Basic Skills as well as exceed State AYP goals for all schools. In addition, the school district has achieved one or more "Standards of Excellence" in reading, mathematics, social studies, and science.

The Spring Hill High School collaborates with Johnson County Community College to provide “College Now” and “Quick Step” College Credit Programs.
